History
On Time Fab was started in January 2008 by Ray and Cheri Middleton. Through excellent customer service and determination the business grew significantly over the following years, transforming from a small shop operation to a fabrication and field services leader in the Owensboro area.
In the beginning of 2025, On Time Fab was fully acquired by Craig Zedwick, who has more than 30 years of experience in manufacturing, materials sourcing, and product development. With a B.S. in Chemical Engineering, a MBA, and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Craig is taking On Time Fab to the next level. A deeper focus on quality, productivity, and customer service will position On Time Fab to grow into Western Kentucky's premier metal fabrication and field services company.
